After failing every diet known to man I decided to give one last ditch effort and give this Keto thing a try. I started in April of 2018 and as of today I have lost 100 lbs! I've gone from a size 4x to a SMALL!! I've finally completed my journey in Oct of 2019 and have had the skin removal surgery on my stomach, legs and arms that I have been waiting for for so long! Finally no more hiding the "bad spots"! The top photo is my "before" picture. As a baker I knew I would have trouble giving up sweets and carbs with Keto. I decided from the beginning that I would create Keto desserts so I wouldn't feel deprived of the "good stuff"! That's how this Keto bakery all started!
Once I mastered some great desserts I posted them on Facebook and the Keto bakery came alive! I haven't looked back since, only forward with more amazing recipes I can share with the public! This is going to be a forever way of eating for me so I figured if I can't lose weight eating my own desserts, why would I sell them? So you can rest assured that I definitely eat my desserts on a daily basis and continue to drop the pounds!
